Amenities like a yoga mat and an umbrella made the stay even more enjoyable, while the charming service at breakfast stood out. It was an easy walk to downtown, but the tram noise could be a bit disruptive at times.

Make sure you stay in the twin room with an armchair as well as good facilities.

Greatly enjoyed my excellent stay for a business trip. The location was particularly good, next to a tram station. Visiting restaurants and a coffee shop walk from the hotel was easy.

Some people working there were impatient.

A charming retreat with a homey feel, this hotel surpassed expectations! The location was fantastic, just a short tram ride to central attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a friendly staff making mornings enjoyable. My room boasted fine views of the city and cozy comforts.

Greatly enjoyed this nice stay for a business trip. Amicable staff and ideal location on the tram route into the city centre or a 10 minute walk, everything was very good. The room was airy, with smoke detectors and great views to the lake. The breakfast was very tasty, the check in was fast.

The location is not very convenient, 15 to 20 minutes of walk up hill. It is located at the round junction. I was allocated a room on 1/F just next to the main road with frequent 'tram' traffic. So it was very noise and I feel frustrated. I asked for a change of room the 2nd day and the staff was very helpful and they change the room for me (on 2/F on the other side). So the problem solved and I am satisfied after the change.

The hotel is very convenient. Walk out of the train station and hop on No.7 tram for 4 stops. We needed a quiet room after a very long plane trip from Australia - they gave us No.210 and it was excellent. We went back on our return trip. The breakfast was great including the coffee. It is an easy walk to the city without cases. 10 mins. There are no nearby eateries but opposite there is a wonderful bakery open normal shop hours. The only critisism we have is that the rooms were too warm. and we couldn't sleep with the windows open because of traffic noise. Other than that it was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights..

Staff are very helpful, room is clean and well designed, location is not far from downtown.

Enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a variety of fresh options like homemade jams and quality meats. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for moving around. Staff made sure everything was tidy and well-maintained. Had issues with the air conditioning in my room-it was portable, noisy, and stopped working several times during the night, disrupting sleep. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, but the noise from the tram outside could be bothersome for some. Although the location was convenient to access public transport, I wished the breakfast service was more responsive, as some items weren't replenished promptly during busy hours, leading to disappointment.

Breakfast is included and is very good and parking on site. As well very close to train station and public transit.

The locality is excellent and easily reached by tram. I had their superior room with two balconies overlooking the city and even the lake. They allow smoking on the balconies, which is a huge advantage for me. The reception staff were most helpful. The hotel has been renovated and is stylishly modern on the interior. The exterior is typically Zurich and attractive. Breakfasts are ample. Very pleasant atmosphere. It is not 5-star but gives great service and is excellent value for money for both business and holiday clients.
